Recipe: London Breakfast Tea Cooler with Rosemary and Honey
Prepare for the warmer spring days with this super simple and delicious recipe featuring our London Breakfast tea. Use loose leaf or pyramids.
What you'll need:
- 2 tbsp full leaf or 2 pyramids of London Breakfast black tea
- 3 cups water
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Steep the black tea in hot water along with one sprig of rosemary for 5 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
- In a glass, combine the cooled tea with honey and lemon juice. Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Add ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary before serving.
